Air Testing Homes is a company, based in Wisbech, situated on the borders of Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Lincolnshire. Air Testing Homes is an air leakage testing company that offers a range of services in order to help with the construction of new homes that meet the requirements for the revised version of the building regulations approved document part L1a (Conservation of fuel and power in new dwellings), which came into affect in the United Kingdom on the 6th April 2006.

It is now mandatory that a percentage of all new homes will have to prove that they have passed an air pressure test prior to occupation, ( ‘does every dwelling need to be tested’) and Air Testing Homes UK Ltd is here to help you achieve that. We provide you with up to date information, as well as site visits (if required by the customer) to help your homes conform to current Building Regulations before the certificated air test, which is always carried out using the latest air testing equipment which is regularly checked and calibrated in accordance with the requirements of UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service).

Air Testing Homes UK Ltd has over 40 years experience within the building industry and is lead by a dedicated team of air testing engineers, who have been trained to the highest standard and are on hand to provide the information and support that you require to pass the test, thereby conforming to the building regulations both before and during the test. As a company we ensure that all air tests are carried out in accordance with ATTMA (Air Tightness Testing and Measuring Association) TS1 Issue 2 to BS EN 13829 method B standards, and that all engineers are trained and accredited members of the BINDT (British Institute of Non Destructive Testing).
